When managing your event we not only provide a 24hour staffed enquiry hotline but we also manage every aspect of customer management from responding to telephone & e-mail enquiries, dispatch of booking forms and literature, customer billing and payment by credit card, cheque and postal orders.

We'll also provide you with frequent reports on important information such as number of bookings, total enquiries and source of enquiry. If we organise your event, our Event Management Package is included free of charge!
